“Did I lose my work?” — making the silent project restore visible
ContextStream already restores your last project on sign-in, but the dashboard never says so. This prototype adds a quiet top-left status pill that confirms the restore, holds for 2 seconds, then fades — and gets out of the way of the first action.

What to look for
1The pill appears only when a previous project exists. First-time users go straight to onboarding — no indicator, no noise.
2It holds for 2 seconds after sign-in, then fades out. The restore completes underneath it; nothing blocks the first action.
3If the restore fails, the pill switches to a persistent warning with a recovery path — errors never auto-dismiss.
4Try Slow motion to inspect the fade curve, and the note / source actions to see the activation path end-to-end.
